About me

Hello, I’m Raul, a Brazilian born in the capital city of São Paulo. I carry my roots with me and bring to the plate everything I’ve lived and experienced so far. For me, cooking is more than a profession — it’s a purpose and a way of life

EDUCATION

After graduating in Culinary Arts from Anhembi Morumbi University in 2011 and working at one of the top Italian restaurants in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 2012, Raul decided to specialize in Italian cuisine in 2013. He pursued an advanced course at SENAC São Paulo, in partnership with ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine in Parma, Italy.
